Reprints?[]
- I thought the Ultimate Errata Pack was the final errata, what are these reprints?
- Official answer
- Backer conjecture:
- When the finalized product was received from the manufacturer in China, it was quickly discovered that the Daemon Sultan and Bubastis faction sheets had typos on them, and while these were not trivial, they were simple enough that they could be resolved with stickers that PG included inside the shipments. The Daemon Sultan materials also mentioned a d6+2 "Azathoth Die" without explaining what it was -- while this item was never stated to be part of the actual faction box and was instead available in the Custom Dice Pack, several backers were confused. However, once the first sets of product started being delivered to German retail and British backers, it was discovered that the existing faction, Sleeper, had a serious misprint that made it functionally unplayable. It is the community's understanding that retailers demanded that the issue be fixed for further sales to occur, so PG scrambled to correct the Sleeper sheet and add another shipment to send them out. It is unknown how this error was introduced to the files the manufacturer was working with. In addition to the Sleeper sheet, PG took this time to include reprinted Daemon Sultan and Bubastis faction sheets and the Azathoth Die.Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 18:04, 12 July 2023 (UTC)

Pallet Wars[]
- What is Pallet Wars?
- Official answer:
- Backer conjecture:
- PG does not have the funds for the final leg of shipping from the Gamerati warehouse to your doors. They are trying to slowly build back funds with retail sales, but most of the product for their webstore is still unavailable for sale, so relying on retail sales alone is expected to take 18 months to fully fund the remaining shipping for American backers. As a last ditch effort, PG has allowed backers to purchase "votes" for their pallet, and pallets that have the most accrued votes will be prioritized for that month's share of the shipping. Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 18:04, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
- What exactly does a purchase guarantee?
- Official answer:
- Backer conjecture:
- If my pallet has the most purchases made, but is not the next to be shipped out, am I entitled a refund?
- Official answer:
- Backer conjecture:
- No discussion of refunds have been made, so I would not recommend expecting one.Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 18:04, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
- How do I know what my pallet is?
- Official answer:
- Backer conjecture:
- You should have received an e-mail from Petersen Games noting what your pallet is and directing you to the voting site. These emails are likely in your spam folder. HOWEVER, many of the emails were not correctly coded, so your voting links may by default go to pallet 1 instead of your correct pallet. In addition, due to repacking that was done at Gamerati, the pallet number you were told may be completely incorrect, and PG has stated that they will be taking the time to confirm the current location of all orders and revise their earlier e-mails, as well as indicating that they would reorganize existing purchased votes to their appropriate pallets. Some backers have reported being told their orders were on pallets that had been stated to have already completed shipping. Due to this, multiple backers have informally recommended waiting until your pallet number is absolutely verified before deciding whether to purchase votes for your pallet. Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 18:28, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
- Which containers are in?
- Official answer:
- Backer conjecture:
- Containers 1-3 are believed to also be with Gamerati. It is unclear whether Container 5 has arrived yet.
- If I purchased a vote but PG has notified me that they had told me the wrong pallet, what happens to my purchase? What about if I had consciously purchased a vote on someone else's pallet, as a gift?
- Official answer:
- Backer conjecture:
- PG has indicated (but not as far as we know, committed) that they will likely reorganize existing purchases to the pallets on which the purchaser's order actually lies. It is unknown what this means for "gift votes".Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 18:28, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
- I don't want to give my money to PG, why can't I give it straight to Gamerati or UPS?
- Official answer: "We don't own the product - the publisher does - so we can't accept money from anyone other than the publisher to ship that product"
- Why do I have to purchase towards a whole pallet rather than just my order?
- Official answer:
- Backer conjecture:
- Due to how Gamerati currently handles the product, removing a single order from a pallet would require removing the shrinkwrap from the pallet, locating the specific order, repacking the pallet, and then reshrinking the remaining pallet. It would also likely require finding a different location to store the pallet, if it is no longer organized for stacking. Therefore, it is not economically feasible to handle orders on demand. Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 18:14, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
- I just received my order, but I never got a shipping notice from Gamerati or PG?!
- Official answer:
- Backer conjecture:
- Multiple backers have reported that Gamerati is not consistently sending out shipping notices for their CW04 pledges. Other backers have reported better luck if they have a UPS MyChoice account, so it may be worth signing up for that service. Please be advised that joining the UPS MyChoice service apparently entitles UPS to provide your personal information to advertisers. Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 18:34, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
Dunwich Horror[]
- Wasn't Dunwich Horror supposed to cover all necessary shipping from China to our doors?
- Official answer:
- Backer conjecture:
- Initially, the sales of Dunwich Horror were indeed meant to cover the shortfall. However, due to unspecified lack of funding elsewhere (presumably less retail sales than expected), in the end it was only able to cover the shipping costs from China to the Gamerati warehouse in Tacoma. Now activating Project: SPIDERS EVERYWHERE 18:04, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
