The Core Game {PA} for Planet Apocalypse includes, among other things, the game's basic heroes, minions, Lord, and tokens. These units have received crossovers into Cthulhu Wars—heroes Cindrew Putorius, Hannah Hazard, Tarang, John Dark, and Naomi Johnson were canonized as Investigators (via CW Onslaught 3 Stretch Goal Box), minion Cacodemon was canonized as a Terror (as an Onslaught Three free reward and webstore purchase), and the remaining units were implemented as independent units (as a free crossover rules pdf). Most of the enemy units from the core game were later canonized as the official "The Invasion" faction, with the Return to Planet Apocalypse kickstarter.
