We recommend no more than one Cosmic Monster be used in a given game.
No player is allowed to reveal Elder Signs until the chosen Cosmic Monster is triggered, or the end of the game, whichever comes first. When all players have at least one Elder Sign, the player who most recently took an Elder Sign places the Cosmic Monster in any Area.
During the Doom Phase, all factions with units in the Cosmic Monster's Area earn 1 extra Doom at the start of the phase.
Cosmic Monsters do not attack, but may be attacked.
